My Biggest Challenge

In a moment of madness, back in February, I agreed to take part in the Great South Run with sister Lucy.
Thinking of this as a great challenge to myself both for my running and fitness and also doing something great to help Macmillan has been a great motivation.

I have completed several 5k and this year my first 10k race, but this will be the longest race and by far the biggest challenge I have set myself. But I believe I have prepared well for it, with lots of varied training and visiting the race site.

Between my sister Lucy and I, we are aiming to raise £500 for Macmillan, but whatever we can raise for this very worthy organisation will make a difference to many and will help motivate me to get round the course.

Please help us to rasie as much as we can by donating at www.justgiving.com/runningsisters or go to my site www.emmayork.me.uk
Thank you :)
